ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises will be well illuminated
A trained supervisor will be based at the premises
Customers are not allowed into the food preparation area and the servery hatch is locked
Fire extinguishers and blankets on the premises
No liquor to be served on the premises
Litter bin to be placed outside the premises, emptied and kept clean and tidy on a regular basis.
The outside area around the front of the premises to be kept clean by removing litter and conducting regular litter patrols.
Any groups of people outside the shop will be dispersed.
CCTV monitors present internally, also a log book will be kept at the premises to register any incidents which will be made available to all responsible authorities, for a period 6 months.
Public safety to be preserved by ensuring non-staff does not encroach or trespass beyond the serving hatch. Also, signage to be clearly displayed warning of potential dangers.
No alcohol will be supplied or be brought in by the customers at the premises.
Children to be under supervision at all times with parents or guardians.
The serverey hatch to be kept locked at all times to safeguard children from harm.
