ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises (including outside) to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
Video recording systems require:
· a tape for each day.
· all tapes to be labelled and numbered 1 to 31.
The last admission to the premises is one hour prior to the terminal hour for licensable activity. This doesn’t apply on Bank Holidays, Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday Monday, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
All external lighting will at all times be maintained and in working order.
If applicable any individual who carries out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)
On every occasion before the public, members or guests are admitted to the premises an inspection of all normal and emergency lighting shall take place. A record shall be kept in a logbook of those tests and any faults discovered together with a record of the work carried out to repair those faults. All faults discovered shall be repaired immediately or if that cannot be done then as soon as is possible and the reason for the delay shall be entered in the logbook.
No drink shall be removed from the premises in an unsealed container
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises to noise sensitive premises in the vicinity
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
The cigarette machine will be positioned were it can continually be supervised by a member of staff.
