ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises has comprehensive CCTV coverage both internally and externally. The car park, entrance to the premises and rear of the premises will be covered by CCTV. The system records and the data is kept for at least 21 days.
The car park will be adequately lit to assist with the prevention of crime and disorder.
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
The premises should comply with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997.
All members of staff are familiar with the location of fire equipment and how to use it.
Regular inspections will take place throughout the hours alcohol is permitted to be sold to inspect the immediate outer boundary of the premises. The inspection will focus on litter and to ensure that customers do not congregate close to the premises.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell alcohol (with the exception of those on an approved training scheme)
